Slice beef brisket, ( or any other beef ,my add on ) soak it 24 hours in 50-50 Soy sauce and worcestershire sauce add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder ,    ( more or less depending on your taste, I add cayenne pepper too , but beware it&#039;s hot)  put it in an oven at 225 F. and check every hour .]]></content:encoded>

1 cup sugar<br />
1 tsp. baking powder<br />
1 cup water<br />
1 tsp. salt<br />
1 cup brown sugar<br />
¼ cup lemon juice<br />
4 large eggs<br />
Small can of crushed nuts<br />
1 bottle tequila<br />
2 cups dried fruit<br />
1 stick of butter<br />

Sample tequila to check quality.<br />
Take large bowl; check the tequila again just to be jure it is of highest quality.<br />
Repeat.  Turn on electric mixer.<br />
Beat one stick of butter in large, fluffy bowl.<br />
Add 1 tsp. of sugar.  Beat again.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Next time you want BBQ and everyone else wants burgers, try this:   make up some thick patties of ground beef (70/30 meat works real good for this at at least 1/3lb per) and get &#039;em in your smoker or any closed top-BBQ that you can make smoke in.  Smoke &#039;em for about an hour (depending on burger size and temp)  or so between 140 - 190 degrees.  After that, get the burgers off, up the heat to your usual burger temp and grill &#039;em.  my wife got a dehydrator for Christmas and used for the first time. She made regular beef jerky. It wasn&#039;t.t hard. The butcher new what kind of meat and slice as necessary. 3 pounds worth. Marinated it for 24 hours. Dehydrated over nite and it&#039;s the best jerky I ever ate. And I love beef jerky. We made about 50$ worth of jerky for 20$. She made about 2 containers this size.
