I did not "get it" when I helped my grandpa clean out the house of a older couple that he took care of and then died. Nor did I get it when I helped him clean out his garage even tho I understood that the real reason that we were doing it was that he knows that he will never again use them and projects that he so hoped to do, he does not have the energy or the time. Grandpa gave away what he could.

Just got back from a convalescent home benefit run, kind of a toy run for old folks confined to the center. Nice to be riding in the dry snow falling, about 31 degrees so not too cold. Finally got the wife to ride with me! Gotta say, riding in light snow is a lot more fun than cold rain.
"Santa" rode his Softail Springer through the home, then let the ladies set on his lap. Sometimes the ladies would get a little fresh with the greybeard...his cheeks get a lot rosier then!:roflmao: The bikers bring things like shawls and throw blankets, portable radios and disposable cameras for the residents to have as Christmas presents. Is anyone having problems with Sticking valves on their Yamaha Roadstar? There must be alot of you Guys. What are my options and don't you Guys think Yamaha should warranty some of this problem?

i just got in from a pearl harbor memorial. left out at 11am,,,ran some errands, then ended up in sour lake texas. the pgr was asked to lead there memorial/christmas parade. great day for riding...stayed in t shirt all day and this evening...spent about 12 hrs in the saddle!!!! great riding day! jacket stayed in the bags!
