Any one out there find or know where to find a steel braided chrome fuel line for a 2006 deuce? The oney one that harley has that i have found, is for the dyna. Tired of looking at the old black one. A braided steel one would look better. roger cowboy1948@att.net :gah:

Hope this makes sense.... The bike (89 FXR EVO) has sat for a while and now when started it just pukes oil out of what I have been told is the oil pump bypass/relief valve(?) that vents the crankcase. (it is the hose that comes off of the oil pump and runs down under the bike) I have been told that the oil will settle down and want to be puked out when started, but this is so much, it just cant be right. Do these valves get stuck, anything I can do to keep the oil in the motor and not all over me, the bike, and the ground. (I did route a temporary line into oil tank and rode bike for about 30 miles and when I took the temporary line off, it still puked everywhere.) It does not seem to be over full with oil either. Any help with the right terms for these parts would be great too....

I'll leave out the little insignificant details and just tell you what happened. I needed to put air into the rear tire on my Ultra, so I cruised into the truck stop and went around to where the Big Rigs get their fuel (since I was on a Big Rig of sorts myself, snicker-snicker), because I know that the air pumps way back by the diesel pumps are free. No need to spend $1.00 for a little air when you can get it free, right? Well, turns out that "free" air is going to cost me.

It turns out that on those air pumps the attachment that you place onto your valve stem to get the air in your tire has screw type threads inside of it which help it to hang onto the valve stem--a little too well in this case. It got stuck on my valve stem because of the funny angle and my "DOH"ness, I...

So, I am wondering if anyone has heard of the company D&D.... and what kind of quality they have for their pipes?! I am looking at the True Dual headers.... D&D Exhaust | Harley Davidson | 2007 Duelies Head Pipe I know that V&H is one of the standards, but these headers have the O2 sensor ports that actually fit and work with the Zippers module....
