Heard something today about the 08 HD touring bikes has a 58MM Throttle Body on them. I have a 08 Touring but didn't know about this. Anybody else hear about it.

When are you gonna post some pictures of yer bike you've been paintin flames on so some other people here can see what a great painter you are dude. :cheers:

anybody else get in the mail a "charter member card" I called them and they only been around a bit but want ya to try products.... I scratched off a free map/guide to the US and also a free rainsuit. only 12 buck to join and get a mag subscription and other stuff or so they say. Just wondering if anybody else got something in the mail from them. If I actually get a rainsuit I won't know what to do since I have only used garbage bags for those in case I really have to or have a chance to get one on. Come to think of it I don't think I have even done that to well, in FLorida trying to outrun a hurricane on way more than a few occassions. Rain all sideways and I am going about 10mph. cause I had to get where I was going or else. Man did those...

I thought it would be interesting to compliment the chrome polish thread with this one.
Personally, I never wax my bikes preferring to polish them instead. I use Mcquiere's polish and occasionally Mcguiere's paint cleaner.
For cleaning my bikes I dont like to use a car wash or hose. I purchased a cheap spray gun that has about a 2 foot wand on it at the chinese tool store, surprisingly it works great. It has a dial on the end of the wand so you can use either a fine spray or straight stream or just shoot air to blow the water off. I usually run it about 50 PSI. The gun is all aluminum and stainless steel and cost like $15. Sometimes those cheapies work out. Al
