Hello all, I have just started a Harley shop i the UK and am looking for a flat rate manual.
Do any of you guy know where I can down load one.
I am sure I did it before but can't seem to find it on my wonderful computer.
I swear if my spanners (wrenches to you) were as reliable as my computoer I'd bin them.

Had the K&N 3909 and the V&H Big Shot Longs installed and went back to
the carb and used Ken's suggested mods as per the kit he supplied earlier.
Runs GREAT! Haven't ridden far enough to get a feel for my MPG, but, I am
pleased with the upgrades thus far. Thanks, again, Ken...nice kit!

My bike just went dead and won't crank. It has fuel, compression, and a weak spark. new plugs, coil, and plug wires. The ignition sensor in the nose cone has some yellow glue looking stuff that may have dripped from the sensor. Is that a common thing? and would it cause a whimppy spark? The motor spins over and just will not hit! Any suggestions are appreciated!
