I need to gather some hands on information regarding the Yost power tube in a S&S carb. The cost is around $50. or so, but does it accomplish any noticeable improvements in the performance of an EVO 80cid. I'd like to get some feedback from anyone who operated with one of these. It tells of misting the fuel, or breaking it down to a fine mist. Is something noticed other than a lack of $50. from your wallet. Please reply.

well today as I had said was the day that I wanted to start to tear the FLTR down. well, I have. I am not sure that I would say that I go a lot done as I had I didn't read through the shop manual for every little thing so finding my way around the guts took me some time. (Sure is way different than my Sportster!! :roflmao::roflmao
Today I was able to get the bags, seat, tank and carb all off the bike. I had to make a trip to the automotive store for a tool which I figure will happen about 50 times during this endeavor.
Tomorrow's plan is to get the exhaust off, rocker covers off, cam cover removed, and intake removed.
I am taking my time. No rush just yet.

A young fellow ran into an old man who was carring a bag.
"What's in the bag?" the youngster asked. "magic apples", the old man replied. "Prove it", said the young man. "Well, besides apples, what is your favorite two fruits?" asked the old man. "Watermelon and peaches", he answered.
The man handed him an apple and told him to try it out.
The boy took a bite and said that it tasted like a watermelon. "Ok, turn it over", he said. The boy did and took another bite and said that it tasted like a peach. The youngster still wasn't convinced that they were magic. The old fellow told him to name something else that he liked to eat. "I like to eat p***y." he snapped. The man handed him another apple and told him to try it.

Husband Store
A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City where a woman may go to choose a husband.
Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:
You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!
So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - These men Have Jobs.
She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads:
Floor 2 - These men have jobs and love kids.
'That's nice she thinks, 'but I...

Two Different Versions! Two
Different Morals!
OLD VERSION: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer
long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.
The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances
and plays the summer away.
Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed.
The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the
cold.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Be responsible for yourself!
