I been busy since I bought my bike 6-1-12. Seems in 3rd gear between 30-35+MPH there is a front end wobble. Its barely noticeable, in fact both your hands need to be off the grips to experience it. And the wobble escalates to a violent wobble. Now granted you shouldn't take your hands off the handle bars BUT your front end shouldn't wobble violently just because you do.

What a PITA arse to get to the bottom of it. I did not bring it back to my local dealership because they are having issues and I shouldn't have even bought it from them(which the bike had to be gotten from yet another dealership because they didin't have the Pearl White.)

Well after 2.5 years of being out of work thanks to getting laid-off, and not being able to get my "old" arse re-hired into that career, I finally landed a job. Home Depot wants me part time. They decided to take this "old" guy. Now I'll be making less than 1/8th of what I used to make. But, it'll keep me from sitting on my arse during the winter months. (seems Depot can't keep empoyees! They have many openings here all of a sudden.

OK boys, I have a tech question fer youse guys. My Ignition switch is acting up. The bike always starts but sometimes the speedometer and other dash lights do not work OR, the warning lights do not go out after its running. My solution has been to wiggle the switch and it fixes the problem until next time I start bike. I took the dash out (tank dash) and sprayed contact cleaner into the underside of the switch module and it helped a little. SO, I know I need to replace it. What I don't know is can I keep the same key (tumbler) and somehow move it to the new module?

Before I start to take it apart, I figured I'd ask!

I got a free HOG membership with my new bike so I figured what the heck lets check it out. It had been since 1983 when I bought my 1983 FLHS that HOG started, maybe things about HOG have changed and perhaps for the better?

This years HOG rally was in Lincoln, NH at the start of the kangamangus hwy at the Loon Mt resort with all kinds of things to see and do all around, plus its only 80 miles from my house. It was Thursday-Saturday with nifty things to see and do while you were there.
