My 02 Dyna Glide is filling up the crankcase with gas when I run the engine . I just rebuilt the stock carb thinking the needle valve was not seating , there was a lot of trash in the bowl . as soon as I fire it up for few minutes kill it and check the oil , its full almost to top of case with Gas . The motor runs and sounds ok so I dont know how the gas is getting in crankcase , it does have a stock vacume petcock. any help is appreciated. :cussing:

Well today Hot Rider and I jumped on the Glide and just pointed the wheel and rode. After it was all said and done, we clocked just over 200 miles. Today was also the first time that Hot Rider has operated the camera from the passenger seat. Here are some just miscellaneous pictures of our day. Great Day, Just Perfect!!

guys i need a dry rub recipe for ribs . been doing ribs wet for years time to try something new . want to cook them with the rub and then if they want to they can sauce them down . who got a good secret for a rub. pork ribs !

This time on the other side of the tranny - oil coming out of the kicker (starter) shaft. I've been told it's most probably a seal that goes getween the two bushings. Have already ordered a new seal and cover gasket and will tear into it as soon as the parts arrive. The shaft & bushings are pretty new yet, as is the seal. Not sure why it's leaking so soon (only a thousand miles since the tranny rebuild).

Oil has leaked onto the the rear exhaust pipe (see pic). I'm not sure what all is involved here, but I know the tail pipe comes off, then the tranny oil must be drained, then the clutch release lever disconnected and the cover removed. From the pics in the manual it looks like the kicker shaft has a gear on the end which must be removed and then just slide off the shaft, replace...

The first Doc Watson concert I went to was in 1979 in Monterey, California. Also saw him several times here in N.C. and a couple times at Merlefest in Wilksboro, N.C.
