I have a 02 Road king that started life as a classic and had new tins added with hard bags. The problem, and I've seen it before, is that the Classic road king seat rubs on the forward inside corner of the saddlebag cover. Mine;s not too bad now but if left unchecked could do more damage. I'm looking at one of two options. Either to find a new seat that is narrower and still comfortable, or to add some shims to the saddlbag mounts to move the bag out farther from the seat. Any sugestions on seats or has anyone addressed this problem successfully?

So I have an '02 Sportster 1200. Since I started ridding I've heard nothing but bad things about them. I've had my bike for about 10 months, I've put about 10,000 miles on the bike, I love everything about it, but I've now gone through two belts. I'm PISSED how easily they bust. I REALLY want to change it over to a chain, does anyone know about a chain swap for my bike? If it's a power increase, SWEET, if not SWEET! Thanks for all your help.

Does anyone know how to remove the molded license plate bracket and keep the tail light in place? The bike is a 06 Springer with the Bobtail fender. I am thinking about buying a frame mounted license plate holder and keep the stock tail light in place.

Just bought Accel Sys for my 1997 FLHT. All other parts still coming for top end. Has anybody had one of these and if so how did you like it. Mine is # 35496, Single Fire, Platnum U Channel plugs, Accel high energy wires, and Super Coil. Pros, Cons, advice. ?? My stock Cam sensor went after 11 years and Harley wanted 170 bucks for one, 97 has drop sensor built in to kill spark, whoopee. figured it was time for top end check up and gaskets and some other upgrades, New Cam, New Vance Hines True duel header pipes, frame painting under tank, Stainless brake lines, Rear tire, ect ect. Cant find any talk of this system searching around except from Accel. Its programable spark curve and rev limit. Single fire or duel , select which, I went with Single Fire with matched parts. I re jetted stock...

2. Extended Service Plan (ESP)

3. Pre-paid maintainence

I'm thinking that these items are probably well known to some of you guys so I won't go into all the details of each.
