I took my bike out from the garage last weekend after a long winter and went for a ride. After about an hour on the road I stopped and noticed a drop or two of oil on the pin the holds the shifter level. I wiped it and after another hour I noticed it had another drop. Very small amounts but never noticed it before. My question is, is there a gasket or o-ring inside the cover I need to change? Is it as simple as removing the cover to replace? The bike is an 04 Sportster. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Been absent for a few weeks. Back when I was in Monroe, LA me and my pardner John Saucier had a boxing gym on the side. Just a small deal 3000 square feet and one ring and the usual bags and stuff. Trained a few ameteurs and semi pros and a lot that just wanted to stay in shape. One of the latter was a kid named Stan. He was mid twenties, had a Kawasaki crotch rocket and was a pretty good guy. He was an orphan and had spent four years in the Corps and was going to the University of Lousiana at Monroe. Had heart and fought pretty good for a lightweight. His sister called me a few weeks ago. Three different people at two different Harley dealerships have recommended Mustang seats for my Sportster. I have the Sundowner, which is a bit too bulky, but good for two up. I have the Badlander, which looks great but you need an iron ass for an hour ride, (one way). I'm looking for something sleek and stylish, like the Badlander, but a bit more comfortable. I was planning on trying a few seats out at an upcoming rally, but in the meantime I've noticed a few Mustang seats on eBay and am considering making a bid.

I have a 95 flh and it is blowing bluish smoke which I know is for oil, I redid the rings last season when it did it before and this season it started again and I noticed it was doing it on de- acceleration so I figure the valve seals I replaced them and guess what now it's blowing smoke all the time. please help I can't believe I need to replace the rings again
