I have the best wife in the world. You won't even believe this little trick. I finally got my front fender in and cleaned all the paint off. Cut down the front of it a bit to get rid of the holes left when they removed the front brace from the mounting bracket to the front of the fender. Reshaped it and shot it with a quick coat of primer and paint. Got it all ready to mount and was trying to see in the dark to mount it. Wifey comes down, opens the door and asked....... OK YOU READY.............
"Why don't you just bring it in the house? It's dark and cold out there."
Holy Cow, I about fell over. Didn't have the heart to tell her I had already tried and it wouldn't fit through the door :roflmao: . I love this woman I surely do LOL.

As many of you know I reside in Southern California, and if you've been watching the news you have probably seen the disastrous fires which are sweeping through our areas.
I'm happy to report that this fire season has spared our particular area along the Northern San Gabriel Valley foothill area. Others have not been so lucky. Smoke from the fires are visible to my north in the Arrowhead areas, East where fires ran through the hay and feed in Ontario and Fontana, South in Orange County, and West where the more publicized wildfires burned Canyon Country, Saugus, and Malibu. Last report had 18 different fires here.
However the biggest fires have been 50-60 miles southeast of us in San Diego county. Fires like those in Malibu and western Los Angeles county gained most of the press...

Missouri Helmet Law
Has anyone challenged the MO Helmet law n court? I recently took it to court at the city level, My argument is that the law requires I wear it but it does not say I have to wear it on my head.( I had it strapped to my leg.) I have done this for two years no problem with the state HP but these city guys are a pain in the A$$! Any way Judge said I had a good argument but he is pro helmet... long story short ,I lost and did not appeal because I thought Missouri would pass the NO-Helmet law this time! Wrong Again!!!:fight:

1.The garage shall be forever kept as the sacred realm of the Man. No lacy curtains nor gingham privacy panels shall be allowed on the windows of the sacred garage.
2.The garage shall not be cleaned, except in cases of extreme need, such as when a pair of holy Vise-Grip locking pliers hath gone missing.
3.Sawdust, grease, and oil are the holy sacraments of the garage, and thus must never be disposed of in haste or with malice.
4.Honor thy rags.
5.Complaineth not when the Man's Friends cometh over to work on a four-wheel-drive vehicle on a Thursday night until 2:00 a.m. Be thee grateful that the Man and his Friends are not attending stimulating performances of voluptuous harlots at Shotgun Willies on this evening.
6.Thou shalt not remove the beer bottles from the front...

I've lived at the very end of what must have been a wonderful country.
They've left the redwoods up alongside the highway so we'll think they're all there. But go up in an airplane and you'll see that they've clear-cut everything behind.
The kids just don't know how big the tear on the rip-off was. If they had any idea, I believe they could do something about it. But it may be too late. We'll see. They're smarter. They can talk to one another. I don't look for a politician to bullsh** his way in this time.
When I was nine years old, right after my dad died, my mother got me some violin lessons with this big heavyset lady. It took nine lessons before this lady said to my mother, "You're wasting your money. He's got too good an ear. He's not...
