Well after now taking my first decent road trip on my 02 wideglide I am very happy with the way it ran but here is my issue. The stock seat is comfortable enough but being semi tall and long 6' 1" , I feel like my center of gravity is too high when going into corners and I have to slow down and straighten the bike up some to get through them instead of finding the groove and making the arc through the corner. I'm not talking about speeding through corners, just taking them normally. Can you lower yourself more than inch or so with a new seat and would I feel the difference in cornering? Also leg wise it has the standard foward control setup from the factory and you have to lay your legs across the pegs on the long straight runs. Is anybody with a WG using any of those adapters for...

I have a 00 heritage. I can ride 10 to 15 miles, engine light comes on and engine dies. Took to the dealership and computer said intake manifold gaskets. I've also replaced the coil and plug wires, battery tests ok and correct charging voltage. I have even cleaned up battery cables and made sure all is tight. When the bike sits for a time, anywhere from 2 min. to 1/2 hour the bike will start again and then run for 10 to 15 miles. All the lights stay on, only the engine quits. Recently I installed Hooker long shot exhaust (which turned blue the next day!! Very dissapointed!! but the performace and milage are great.) Whats up????

ANYONE HAD ANY EXPIRENCE WITH THE ABOVE WITH THE AUTO TUNE, I'M THINKING ABOUT INSTALLING ONE ON MY SE 110, I'M RUNNING V&H TRUE DUAL BIG SHOTS WITH V&H FUEL PACK. ONE OF THE REASON IS TO TRY AND COOL THE MOTOR DOWN SOME, EVEN BY DOING AWAY WITH THE STOCK CROSS OVER PIPE AND RUNNING DUAL WIFE STILL COMPLAINS ABOUT HER RIGHT LEG GETTING HOT.

just got a call from my brother my cousin Ernie was killed by a drunk driver that turned in front of him last night he swerved to miss him and slid under the car it happened up in gold country he died the way he wanted ,on his harley. I miss him already
