I checked my SE air filter ( partnr 29044-04 ) on my 1200 Sportster. This is the dry element type and I think it is really poor quality after 6500 km.I don`t think it will do a proper filtering anymore because some flterpaper is all ready gone and you can look through.I checked with KN if there is a replacement for this partnr, but there isn`t.
Has somebody experience with the replacement filter wich is offered on Ebay.

P.S. Is there a easy way to complain at HD?

speedometer has a mind of its own.shows 55 when going 80,then seems okay.then it shows10 when stopped.moves slow going up and down. odometer still works fine,checks fine at all speeds. any ideas?

I have the money, just need to find the discontinued kit from V-Twin (20-0048) or from HD (40110-89). Please let me know where to find one.
