I'd had a good day in Reno and Virginia city, met up with SK for a greet & gab, but kept a weather eye to the east as things were darkening up, and I had to go through it. Nevada dust storms are as bad as any, as the alkali dust gives blinding white-outs like snow, but also chokes the crap out of ya. The wind was kicking up and I knew it was time for me & Red to get on the road. And then.........

I have a 2002 TC EFI with D&D nitestalker 2/1 pipe, high cpression pistons, ported heads and SE 203 cams. Looking for anything close to that (not really worried about the pie set up) so I can run it during breakin period. I plan to have it tuned once I get the motor broke in about 500 miles. But I want someting close to the right mixture so I don't foul plugs or burn a piston. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks

My friend has an old 60s panhead..his front master cylinder needs 2 or 3 pumps to get some brake action..then it holds just fine..no leak down..when he releases it he has to do it all over again..what might cause this?..is there some kind of check valve that is acting stupid?..also will DOT 5 work in this cylinder and what does he have to do to get all the DOT 3 out or will they mix?..I heard not to mix them..

I have a Hurricane Customs softtail frame that is 99 and down...want to know if a shovelhead engine and a 4 speed will fit that frame?..or what modifications I will need to do..thanks

I have just rebuilt my 2002 TC to a 95", with high compression pistons, flowed/ported heads with stock valves, ported intake and SE 203 cams. 205lbs compression and EFI. I have only put 110 miles on the engine at this time. I want to put about 500 miles on it befoe I put it on a dyno. What do you guys think about this combination? I know its not ideal, but I only have about $800 in the rebuild doing all the work myself. Just looking for some thoughs on this.....thanks
